The Team received the keys for their first location in Maryland's capital, 190 Admiral Cochrane Drive-Suite 180 in Annapolis.

SKY was licensed by the state of Maryland as a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility. (CORF)
November 2002
The Dedication and Blessing of the SKY-Annapolis facility took place.
May 2003
The Official Opening Ceremony was observed.
August 2003
SKY Chief Operations Officer completed training to become Surveyor for the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission-CARF International.

SKY celebrated its First Anniversary of "Bridging the Gap, Filling a Niche and Touching Lives!!"

SKY achieved the highest accreditation (three years) from the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission...CARF International for its Outpatient Brain Injury Program for Adolescents and Adults

SKY accepted invitation to participate in a federal grant with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene-Maryland Traumatic Brain Injury Post Demonstration Project-a collaboration of federal and state government, local mental health providers and local brain injury rehabilitation providers.

Both SKY Centers-Annapolis and Pikesville, MD, received the highest level of recognition with the award of a three year accreditation from the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission; CARF International, for its Brain Injury Program for Adolescents and Adults.
SKY also received the Stroke Specialty Program accreditation…the FIRST Outpatient Rehabilitation Company in Maryland to earn this international distinction. |
