The SKY-Corporate Team Members demonstrate strength in the areas of leadership, business development, clinical operations and quality management. The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Director of Quality Management provide strategic planning, fiscal management, clinical model efficiency oversight, quality management and corporate compliance for the company. In addition, all referral development efforts, receipt and processing of referrals as well as billing and collections functions are implemented by the Referral Development Coordinator/Clinical Liaison, Admissions Coordinator and Billing and Insurance Specialist.

The SKY Clinical Team is comprised of professionals who provide day to day management related to delivery of clinical services and are trained in developing individualized treatment plans focusing on physical, cognitive, emotional and social issues using a transdisciplinary approach. This approach allows each therapist to identify, communicate and collaborate on goal areas that should be addressed throughout the clients' course of treatment while at SKY. The Clinical Team assists clients in achieving functional goals and experiencing optimal gains by using clinic, home and community therapeutic settings.
